Had brand-new and quiet room, it included a refrigerator, tea and coffee making equipment, and a dining area. Bidet in the bathroom was a plus.

Easy and exceptionally nice location within walking distance of George Town. The rooms with 1 single bed and FoxMovies, as example.

Had really comfortable stay on the 1st night of the stay. The hotel was set in a very central area really close to various touristy hotspots, and Penang. It also was to Korean restaurants.

Their staff were not that friendly.

Also, location was exceptionally nice and ideal, within a close distance from a soaring skyscraper. The service was excellent, we felt welcome.

My superior king room with ironing board, TV and bed linens unkept was brand-new. There were an electric kettle and a fridge, greatly enjoyed it.

Spent 7 nights here with my baby, had a fine stay overall. I loved rooms with 2 beds. Coffee/tea makers and a fridge were a plus. This hotel was set in a central area short walk to the Center of Georgtown, Georgetown and Georgetown street art.

The hotel was located adjacent to the attached restaurant, and the tourist sites.

It had central location close to Khoo Kongsi Temple. It was about 12 miles from the airport.

The hotel was wonderful, good value, just what we had hoped for. Strategic and comfortable location really close to Korean restaurants, Upside Down Museum and most attractions in Georgetown, restaurants and bars were close to the venue. Georgetown district was worth staying in.

Booked a room with 2 beds. We were pleased to have a refrigerator, tea and coffee making equipment, and a dining area. The location was strategic and convenient for exploring this busy area, adjacent to the many tourist sites in historic UNESCO Georgetown, the street art George Town, and attractions and shopping malls.

Though we liked the stay, a few staff members were not very friendly.

Location just next door to other tourist attractions. For tea or coffee visit Uncle Joe Coffee nearby. Good service, beautiful superior queen room with FoxMovies, double bed plus bed linens unkept. Great food choices for breakfast.

The hotel had an ideal location within walking distance of Prangin Mall. My room was beautiful and good-sized with double bed.

Honestly no complains at all. Excellant low budget hotel, worth its 3 stars. A nice size and brand-new rooms with double bed and ironing board, as example and service-oriented stuff. Easy central location, just off George Town and the island and Komtar which is a central point for the buses.
